Is Your Body Ready For Curling??
Frogtown Curling Club is offering a four class conditioning series to prepare curlers for the upcoming season. The course will include a combination of Tai Chi, Western exercises, and ice drills designed to achieve better balance, increased flexibility, and reduced stress. Exercises will help curlers gain muscle memory to perform the classic curling lunge and slide, maintain proper balance while sliding, develop core muscle strength and body awareness, and to maintain focus and concentration during the game. 4 class series (6.5 hours total) including a combination of exercises to prepare curler for the season with goals to achieve better balance, increased flexibility, and reduced stress with a combination of Tai Chi and Western exercises.

Class Size: Limited to 16 participants
Cost: $80 for 4 sessions
