Rookie League (March 2026)

Is curling on your bucket list? Or, have you ever watched Olympic curling on TV with a mix of befuddlement and intrigue, and think, “I want to try that!”? If this is you, you may be interested in our instructional series, The Rookie League!

Absolutely no experience is required. The goal is to prepare you for league play and feel comfortable doing so. Stone delivery fundamentals, sweeping techniques, rules, strategy and etiquette will be covered in the three-session series. There will also be time to scrimmage among fellow learn-to-curlers.

These sessions are perfect for someone who has attended one of our learn-to-curl group sessions and is eager to learn more, or for someone who has never curled. It is appropriate for those looking to learn the game at a higher level as many are looking to pursue membership and/or participate in leagues.
